Dispatch

Orders placed before 4pm UTC ship the same business day. All others go out the following business day.

Delivery times

3–5 business days across the US. We currently ship to US addresses only. All orders include tracking from handover to delivery.

Packaging

Plain unbranded outer packaging with no mention of the contents. Vials are individually padded and temperature-stable in transit.

Returns

Unopened vials may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Opened vials cannot be returned for sterility reasons. Damaged or lost shipments are replaced at no cost.
