Research use only — not for human or animal consumption
All products sold by Aria are sold strictly as reference materials for in vitro laboratory research, analytical testing, and reconstitution studies by qualified professionals. They are not drugs, dietary supplements, food, cosmetics, medical devices, or household items, and they are not intended, labeled, or approved for human or animal consumption, ingestion, injection, inhalation, topical application, diagnostic use, therapeutic use, or any in vivo use whatsoever. Products have not been evaluated by the FDA, EMA, MHRA, or any other regulatory authority for safety or efficacy in humans or animals.
Buyer eligibility & representations
By placing an order, you represent and warrant that you (a) are at least 21 years of age and a legal adult in your jurisdiction; (b) are a qualified researcher, licensed professional, or acting on behalf of a research institution; (c) will use the products solely for lawful in vitro research purposes; (d) will not resell, redistribute, repackage, or transfer the products for human or animal consumption; and (e) will comply with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations governing the purchase, possession, handling, storage, and disposal of research chemicals.
Assumption of risk
You acknowledge that research chemicals can be hazardous and that you are solely responsible for safe handling, appropriate personal protective equipment, proper laboratory conditions, and lawful disposal. You voluntarily and knowingly assume all risk of injury, loss, or damage of any kind arising from receipt, possession, handling, storage, transfer, or any use or misuse of the products, whether by you or any third party.
Disclaimer of warranties
Products are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, or any warranty arising from course of dealing or usage of trade. No statement made by Aria, its affiliates, employees, or agents — whether on this site, in marketing materials, or in correspondence — shall be construed as a warranty or as medical, clinical, or professional advice.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aria, its owners, officers, employees, suppliers, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages — including without limitation personal injury, illness, death, lost profits, lost data, or property damage — arising out of or in any way connected with the purchase, handling, or use or misuse of any product, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability, or any other legal theory, even if Aria has been advised of the possibility of such damages. In no event shall Aria's aggregate liability exceed the amount you paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.
Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Aria and its owners, officers, employees, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to (a) your purchase, handling, or use or misuse of any product; (b) your breach of these terms or any representation made herein; (c) your violation of any law or regulation; or (d) any harm to any third party caused by your acts or omissions involving the products.
Compliance & jurisdiction
You are solely responsible for determining the legal status of each product in your jurisdiction prior to ordering. Aria makes no representation that any product is appropriate or lawful for use in any particular location. These terms are governed by the laws of the seller's jurisdiction without regard to conflict-of-law principles, and any dispute shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of that jurisdiction.
Shipping & returns
Orders are dispatched within one business day in plain packaging. Tracked delivery typically arrives within 3–5 business days within the US and EU. Returns are accepted on unopened vials within 14 days of delivery. Opened products and products improperly stored after delivery are non-returnable.
Privacy
We collect only the information needed to process and ship your order. Payment data is handled by our PCI-compliant processor and never stored on our servers. We do not sell or share customer data with third parties.
